
Returns, exchanges, and adjustments

Items may be returned within 14 days of your receipt as noted in the USPS tracking journal.

Returns must be for cause. "Cause" includes but is not limited to: the wrong item was shipped, or the item was inherently defective when shipped.

Returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Returns must be received in the same condition as that in which they were shipped.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the return was for cause, the item is received by us in the same condition as when shipped, and the shipping method used by the buyer is the same as we used, we will reimburse the buyer's return postage.

All refunds will be paid by the same method the buyer used in making the purchase (i.e.: PayPal purchases will be refunded through PayPal.)

If the USPS tracking shows that an item was refused or unclaimed by the buyer and is returned to us as such, no refund will be made.

Requests for exchanges in lieu of refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Purchases through PayPal are almost always covered by a buyer protection plan. Please contact PayPal for details. This is especially important in resolving claims for damage incurred while in transit at USPS.
