Frequently asked questions

Do you sell only by the yard?

Unless otherwise specified, our fabric is sold by the yard. However, we will make custom cuts to meet your needs, including fractions of yards or metric cuts.  Just let us know what you would like and we'll see what we can do.

How often do you ship orders?

We ship every day except Sundays and federal holidays. Orders that are paid before 9:00 AM Pacific time are shipped the same business day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next business day.  If you request USPS Priority Express service, the order must be paid by 9:00 AM to meet the USPS express shipping deadline. Shipping will be suspended on those days when USPS has an adverse weather alert or other service disruption alert in effect.

Do you ship internationally?

We will ship to most countries - but there are some exceptions.  We cannot ship to USPS prohibited destinations (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Sudan).  We also do not ship to those nations that have a history of unreliable mail service (uninsurable destinations).  We can provide a complete list of those countries on request. More information is available on our shipping page.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, we will gladly combine shipping for multiple items to give you the best postal rate available.  We can quote a rate on request before you commit to the purchase. International buyers are strongly encouraged to contact us for shipping charges prior to making a purchase.

Do you have a store I can visit?

We sell only online: on this website and through our Ebay store. Our licensing and site zoning do not allow for walk-in sales.

I really want an item but can't pay right away. Can I still buy it?

We like to see transactions completed promptly, but we also understand that sometimes a little more time is needed. Just contact us to make reasonable arrangements.

What types of payment do you accept?

We prefer PayPal for credit card transactions - contact us for exceptions if you do nor have a PayPal account. We will accept money orders drawn in U.S. funds and will ship upon receipt of your money order. It is never a good idea to send cash through the mail, so we cannot be responsible for a loss in shipment should you elect to do so. We do not accept foreign currency.

Do you offer express shipping?

We can ship via USPS Priority Express. This service provides 1-day shipping to most locations and 2-day service to others. To get this service, just contact us and we will invoice you. There are strict USPS deadlines for getting parcels into their hands to ensure timely delivery. We must, without exception, complete transactions before 9:00 AM Pacific time to ship Express mail the same day.
